Sarah Holden-Mount serves as Managing Director at HL Advisors, where she brings more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience across clinical care, healthcare sales, and executive management. Her unique blend of frontline clinical expertise as a physical therapist together with senior sales and operational leadership positions makes her a respected advisor for healthcare and long-term care organizations aiming to strengthen revenue growth, customer success, and team performance.

Sarah began her career in clinical practice as a physical therapist, gaining invaluable experience providing patient care across acute care, outpatient, long-term care, and home health settings. Her passion for wound care led her to specialize in improving patient outcomes through interdisciplinary approaches early in her career.

In 2002 Sarah joined American Medical Technologies (now part of RestorixHealth), one of the nation’s largest wound care-based healthcare organizations. Over two decades she advanced through roles culminating in
Senior Vice President of Sales, where she played a central role in driving growth, managing the company’s largest sales division, and leading key contract negotiations with major skilled nursing facilities and national partners. Under her leadership the company achieved consistent revenue increases and expanded market reach.

In 2022 Sarah brought her diverse experience to HL Advisors, focusing on sales strategy, clinical operations, onboarding excellence, and customer success. In her role she works with executive teams to build scalable sales systems, align clinical and business goals, optimize customer journeys, and cultivate high-performing teams that support sustainable growth.

In addition to her advisory work, Sarah has contributed to the professional healthcare community through leadership and education. She is a Certified Wound Care Specialist (CWS) and has served in leadership positions on boards such as the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel and the Post-Acute Wound & Skin Integrity Council (PAWSIC). She has also lectured at national conferences and served as adjunct faculty at Northeastern University, bridging clinical expertise with strategic insights.
