With a strong foundation in project management and operations, Melissa McBryan plays a key role in driving execution and alignment across HL Advisors’ client engagements. As Project Manager, she leads the planning and delivery of complex consulting initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and aligned with strategic goals. After earning her Project Management certification from Temple University, Melissa stepped into a full-time role where she brings structure, clarity, and momentum to projects and relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Melissa previously served as Director of Operations, where she helped build and support HL Advisors’ internal infrastructure. Her skills and experience span CRM management, marketing leadership, administrative operations, technical support, and expense management. Melissa’s ability to connect strategy with execution makes her an essential part of the team’s ability to deliver results.
