Former President & CEO of Next Level Hospitality
Mr. Dobry recently served as the President & CEO of Next Level Hospitality Services, which is wholly owned by Aramark. After successfully monetizing the company in an agreement to sell to a strategic partner, Jason led the efforts of a full landscape integration for over 10,000 employees into the fortune 200 company, the largest ever for the enterprise. Under his leadership the company continued its growth trajectory growing 250% beyond trailing 12-month revenue at the time of the acquisition. The Company represented a first of its kind branded senior living offering for the multi-national food service company and built on the reputation as a quality first option in the post-acute market.
Prior to that he was the Chief Operating Officer and a Partner in the business at Next Level, where he built and scaled the operating infrastructure of the company to support the go to market strategy with a core focus on hospitality and client satisfaction in a $16B market. With this foundation the company grew from $30M in annualized revenue to $360M in 3 years, while driving net profit margin from negative to beyond 7%.
Prior to that he was the Vice President, Spend and Utilization Management at Genesis Healthcare, where he led and managed three large supply chain integrations for company tied to acquisitions. He single-handedly created the indirect spend function for enterprise, identifying and managing over $700M in indirect and ancillary categories for the Fortune 500 company. He also served as President of PM Oxygen Services, the ancillary respiratory services company owned by Genesis, improving EBITDAR by 25% and cash collection by 35% during his tenure.
Jason also led all procurement efforts as Vice President, Procurement for Sun Healthcare, leading all procurement efforts in 46 states for the $2B enterprise. Further solidifying his over 20 years experience as an operator in the post-acute services market Jason led the GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) for Golden Living and Beverly Enterprises as Sr. Director, Sales and Business Development.
Mr. Dobry holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He was the Minority Business Advocate of the Year by the greater New England Minority Development Council when he worked in the pharmaceutical industry early in his career.
Jason has served as a Board member with the Forum Group and the TLD Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity that he founded. He has also served as an advisor to Movi Healthcare, the Onix Group and has served on the Aramark President’s Council the past 2 years.
